∴ According to question = 14 = x = 21
B=2x=2*21= 42
2 Men & one Woman can complete a piece of work 14 days while 4 women & 2 men can complete the same work in 8 days. if a woman gets 400 Rs. then find the share of a man?

(2M + 1W) × 14 = (4W + 2M) × 8
14M + 7W = 16W + 8M
6M = 9w
2M = 3W
∴ Share of M = = 600Rs.
Five men can complete a piece of work in 6 days while 10 women can complete the same work in 5 days. then Find out in how many days 9 men & 10 women together complete the work?

5 M × 6 = 10 w × 5
3 M = 5 W
∴ 9 M = 15 W
So 9 M and 10 W equals to 15 + 10 = 25 W
25 W × D = 10 W × 5
D = 2 days
A is three times more efficient than B and takes 60 days less than B to complete the work. then in how many days both A & B complete the work together?

Given 3x – x = 60
2x = 60
x = 30
